Chiropractic Adjustment
This service includes a total spinal alignment based on static and motion assessment. Dysfunction arises within our system when we allow spinal misalignments (subluxations) to persist. Chronic subluxation has been shown to interfere with proper nervous system regulation (sustained fight/flight response, anxiety, depression, ADHD/ADD, ASD) as well as affect the related end organs. Regular chiropractic adjustments are essential in maintaining the proper function of your body. Techniques utilized include: Diversified, SOT, Activator, Thompson Drop, and Logan Basic Technique

CranioSacral Therapy
CranioSacral therapy is a gentle technique that helps restore proper flow of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) within the spinal canal. CSF functions to nourish spinal nerves as well as remove wastes. Reduced or irregular CSF flow can perpetuate subluxations as well as aggravate conditions relating to the nervous system (ASD, ADHD/ADD, anxiety, depression, neurodegenerative conditions.) This technique utilizes gentle sustained support of structures in and around the skull. An essential oil blend will be used at the base of the skull and around the sutures of the head to help promote relaxation and healing. This technique may be combined with acupuncture Master Points or the Detox Points to help with overall wellbeing.

Acupuncture/Cupping
These techniques fall under the realm of Traditional Chinese Medicine and have been used for thousands of years. Cupping improves circulation, reduces adhesions, and removes stagnated energy from the region it’s applied. Acupuncture works to balance life force energy between the organ meridians. Needles are inserted and must be left in for 20 minutes. Acupuncture is sometimes combined with electrical stimulation to boost energy to the region as well as manage pain.
