What to Expect
This isn't your average chiropractic office, so you shouldn't expect an average visit.

First visits are 45 minutes to an hour depending on the condition. Regular visits are one on one and range from 15-30 minutes.

Adjustments at this office are usually low force, which means you won't always hear the crack and pop (that's so addicting for some people and so unsettling for others!)
Low force adjustments are well received by people with: hypermobility/EDS, osteopenia, osteoporosis, central canal stenosis, prenatal/postpartum moms, children of all ages, and geriatric patients.
Though there may be some traditional spinal manipulation at your visit, you'll likely also receive pelvic blocking with cranial vault holds, pelvic drops, and instrument assisted adjustments.
Every patient has a unique history, fascial distortion pattern, and level of comfort with spinal manipulation- but you can rest assured that your preference will be taken into consideration during the initial visit.

A special side note: this business is located inside of our home. While not always ideal, this is how I am able to stay on top of all the things.

With that said, you may run into one or any of the following: my family, my dogs, dust bunnies, hand prints on the walls, nose prints on the back door, or towels to be folded on the kitchen table.
More than anything, my goal is to support you on your wellness journey. I'm happy you're here!

About Doc Madi
Hi! I'm Doc Madi and I have been a resident of Marine for nearly 25 years. This business has been a dream of mine since 2012, when I began my chiropractic journey.

I absolutely adore this small town of ours, and I have always felt drawn to serve it. My husband and I spent many years trying to figure out a way to bring chiropractic care to our community. One day while out on a walk, we had some serious luck as we stumbled upon an adorable old house for sale by owner. We really believe it was divine intervention.
That house is now our home and it holds our dream business, 1880 Chiropractic & Acupuncture.

Since opening in 2020, we've grown within our community. We have become a source of relief for those in pain as well as a safe space of release for those struggling with emotional issues.

As I've grown into my profession, it's become apparent that my strong suit is my ability to create space for others. Active listening, non-judgement and true empathy allow me to open the door to more than physical pain relief.

In addition to my core chiropractic education, my post graduate certifications include: 100 hours of Pediatric Chiropractic with an emphasis in autism spectrum disorders and ADHD, Pediatric Myofascial Release, Webster Technique, 48 hours of Upledger CranioSacral Therapy, and 100 hours of Acupuncture.

When I'm not working, you can find me doing Pilates, riding my bike, drinking too much coffee, listening to podcasts and spending time with my family.
